Christmas Present Ideas

Lets start off with family. I have two sisters, one mum, one dad, one step dad, one step-mum-to-be and one step-sister-to-be. So for my mum she didn't want anything, so I got her a cute little teddy because I felt bad not getting my mum anything. But for those who want to get a little extra for the women that gave them birth, she might like some candles and maybe some bath stuff to go with the candles so she can have a relaxing bath, you could get her some vouchers or gift cards to her favourite shop, so you know she definitely gets something she likes, there are these statuettes things from Willow Tree they are cute, mini statutes of anything you can have a mother and daughter, mother and son, mother and baby, father and children, you can buy Christmas ornaments from there, it can be also for friends, maybe lovers they are just unique, cute gifts for many different people. Presents for the old man can be difficult, my mum has told me not to get any presents as she will buy them, but here are some ideas, beer is a good gift, maybe a flask engraved with their name, darts board, maybe a casino set thing, anything comic book related, maybe star wars things, I remember for my dads 40th birthday I got him family guy socks and a Darth Vader toy thing, ties maybe some cufflinks. Now sisters. I am sure like many siblings deep down we love them, but they can get so annoying that you just want to hit them, but like I said we love them so as much as mine drive me crazy I still bought them gifts :) My sisters are both younger than me (I am the oldest -.-) so I got something they would actually use. I walked past this stall that was selling cups and lots of ceramic stuff, so I decided to get one a cupcake shaped money box thing and the other sister is into music and guitars and stuff so I got her a cup with a guitar shaped as the handle and music notes painted on the sides. But I also got then Ben 10 and One Direction books because they absolutely  hate them, one sister despises 1D so much I just cant wait for her to open up her present on the 25th of December, it will be the best moment to end 2014 on :') But if you actually like your siblings then you could get something like (obvs) like a dvd, cd maybe a poster of their favourite band or singer, a teddy, a mug with a sachet of hot chocolate with a bag of marsh mellows. And that's family done lets move on to friends.

I will start with lad mates as they are easy to buy for if they are near 17/18 yrs of age, this would be best, alcohol; beer, cider, any shot based drink, maybe shot glasses, if the smoke a nice lighter, and if you are brave enough and you are sure they'd like it a 'adult' magazine in which the female body is exposed in many different poses and ways ;) and chocolate.

So my female friends are difficult to buy presents for, one of them is allergic to nearly almost everything and on top of that she has eczema, like me, so I cant buy skin stuff because our skin gets irritated by it. My other friend has skin which is perfect in my opinion, she doesn't wear that much make up so I cant buy her that and her birthday is in November, so I got her perfume so I cant get her perfume. So I had to come up with an idea of what to get them, so I thought Id share my idea and hopefully some people might like it and do the idea as its difficult to buy females but mostly 17 year old presents so here goes.

Where I go college there is a little shopping centre near by so I went there to get the presents. I was walking buy this cute little soap stall and saw these candle lite holders and immediately fell in love! They are so cute and would be perfect in any room, having the words 'live, laugh, love' on the side of the holder just makes it that little more special. The holder on its own would be a shitty little present I decided to fill it up with stuff, so then I went to Bodycare and bought facemasks, lip stuff, nail varnish and a body scrub thingy magig (I have no idea what it is called) and then filled the holder with the stuff I bought. I also bought some cotton colourful balls to fill the rest of the space with. As there was no space for them though I decide to put them on the top, creating a flower with the balls. Then I wrapped them in some paper thing from my mums cupboard of all things that I use so I don't have to buy my own stuff :D its golden with Christmas pictures on it and it just adds that little more bit of specialness. So that is my cute little Christmas present idea for 17 year old girls, however it doesn't just have to be for 17 year olds, it could be for 14 year olds to 40 year olds ? I don't know any age really, and it doesn't have to be just for Christmas, it could be for birthdays, Valentines day, Halloween basically any time you can give someone a present. This is a cute idea, and I just love it. Also its not that expensive, the candle holder was £2.99 but the women gave me a deal as I bought  few so that came down to £2.50 and all the bits and bobs were probably £2.00 maybe £4.00 either way this came to under £5.00, so its a quick, reasonably priced present to give to someone.

So there are my Christmas present ideas, if you liked them say so, if you have taken any on board comment which ones and if you have any ideas of any type of present comment :)

Love yours truly
